Could anybody give me a list of low calorie foods that are filling and nice at the same time for part of diet?

Jordan

i want to start dieting and i want a list of possible foods i could have as snacks or just meals in some cases that are filling, nice and at the same time low in fat/kcals, i don't eat vegetables as i despise them but i am ok with fruit.

Answer
Porrage is very filling and low in fats and salts,
Slow energy releasing aswell so gives you energy to burn more throughout the day and delays hunger pangs.
Put fruit in it to fill you more and increase the taste :) instead if sugar
Switch milk to non fat or skimmed
Avoid white bread rice etc just adding as your trying to lose weight.
Drink water one glass before your meal one during and throughout and then one after you should be so stuffed you don't want to think about food.
Tea/coffee/green tea are all filling and if you try to lesson or avoid the milk and sugar these will fill you and have no bad influence in your weight (27 calories in teaspoon of sugar only 1.8 in a teaspoon of canderel) high caffeinated drinks help to energise and burn more calories.
Raw food is more filling and due to the fact they are less processed, in some plants cells the cell wall sometimes doesn't break down so it stores the calories in the cell and they go right through you, Raw vedge and fruit are good snacks
Nuts may be kniw as fatty but they increase your levels of how much you burn by doing nothing so they help boosts your metabolism
Your metabolism is highest after a workout so if your gonna snack do it after

Tips
Eat before 6:00
Try the steam room(effortless calorie burning)
Water/tea/coffee fill you
Porriage is amazeballs for weight loss
Eat as early as possible and your body has more time to burn it off

Could anyone write a list of low calorie food please?
