1 lb hamburger
1 onion chopped
2-3 cloves garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
To taste:
chili powder]
cumin
seasoned salt

Then add a can of white beans. A sprinkle of cumin ad taste to see what else you need.
***You could also add some chicken broth and even a can of green enchelada sauce.
