please can someone tell me the lowest calorie vegtarian meal at a thai vietnamese restauant i seriously don't want to eat a meal that has way over 1000 calories under 400 would be perfect. please please help me!

Any white fish that's not fried (i.e. baked anything). Shellfish like shrimp or even lobster, if you hold all the melted butter are fine. Sides might be harder to tell. Anything that is fried or has a creamy sauce would be out. Steamed veggies and rice would be low cal. Hope this helps. :) However, splurging once in a while isn't going to hurt you, I promise!

Chili's is horrible for cal intake. The only thing decent on the menu is the fajita pita and even that is about 700 cal.
Boston Market is pretty healthy.
Check out "Eat this, not that". Google it, and it will give you a list of restaurants and what to eat from where.

2 soft tacos or
2 hard tacos?
