Find out how they refry their beans, do they add lard?
Hard tacos, do they fry them?
Enchiladas how much cheese do they use, that adds extra calories and do they add sour cream?
*Chicken fajitas is another choice you may want to consider.
Definately 2 chicken soft tacos is the safest choice and go ahead add salsa that is low in calories I would dare to say 0 calories.

Not sure if it is the lowest calorie, but I'd go with the Wood grilled salad with salmon in it. It sounds the healthiest to me. Make sure you only drink water or something calorie free, like a diet soda.
