breakfast:oatmeal with water or skim milk and splenda
kashi go lean cereal with skim milk
waffles r not low calorie but they can be healthy if they r whole grain
lunch: turkey sandwhich on whole wheat, no mayo, lots of lettuce tomatoes, carrot sticks, olives
snacks: apples, bananas, fruits, peanut butter, whole grain crackers, clery, raisins

Two good choices for breakfast cereals are that are tasty and high fibre are grits and oatmeal. Both are simple to make and more importantly, they don't have add the added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc. that so many other cereals have. To jazz up grits, I usually add some oven roasted asparagus or kale for a morning dose of green vegetables. With oatmeal, I like to add fruit, like peaches or bananas and sweeten things up with a little agave nectar.
