Really really low calorie snacks, foods and recipes?

were talking really healthy and low calorie like less than 100 for snacks and 200 or 300 for meals. Also the lowest calorie foods going around.

wholemeal wheat basil crackers with touch of pesto and tea, my fav snack does not need much to fill ...though i am not calorie counter but i think its quite healthy and delicious

snack - the low fat frozen dutch chocolate frozen yogurt (90 calories for 1/2cup).. i also looooveee peach yogurt
meal- the chicken and vegtables(100 calories)(one of the weightwatchers dinners) on a tortilla wrap(andother100) (i forget what brand).. but both are low in fat and high in fiber I also usually have a salad and an apple or a pear with that so thats basically another 50 so really all together if it was the chicken veg. wrap with salad and an apple it'd be..250...or maybe a little more depending on if you put dressing or sauce on either

i was thinking like maybe stuff like celery with peanut butter, not those stuff with like cool whip and other crappy stuff, i love eating fruits with peanut butter like apple sticks dipped in peanut butter, or carrot stick dipped in peanut butter etc.... but im sorta getting sick of it so i want some new snakc to eat b4 excersicing. please dont give me crappy answers, thnak u to those who give me good answers

Have you ever considered whole grain granola? I like it as a snack.
I don't know your personal philosophy on carbs, but if you don't mind a few, this is a good quick snack that has a little of every group.
It's a spread that you can put on whole wheat toast or bread.
1/2 banana
2 TBSP. peanut butter
1/2 TBSP skim milk
1/2 c. raisins
a dash of cinnamon
I like it because it has potassium (bananas) and a dash of protein in the p.b. I'm not sure if this is your style, but I hope it helps.
Do you like peaches? strawberries? Maybe you need to explore other fruits... :)
