What to snack on that has extremely low calories?

Hey so i'm 5 foot 10, 158 pounds. I'm not technically overweight (i'm actually almost exactly in the middle range) but I still want to become more healthy. I'm trying to fight the urge to pig out on snack foods that are extremely unhealthy such as doritos and cheez its. I can't think of any substitute that isn't unhealthy in itself! I'v thought about nuts, raisins, grapes, and a couple other things already but would like a broader array of foods to choose from! If anyone can give me a suggestion(s) that would be awesome :).
