I am going on an overnight trip with some friends and I need to take some snacks and meals that are low in calories. I won't have access to a refrigerator, so the food would sit out for more than 24 hours. Any Ideas?

I would need to find it in the fridge , cabinet, closet, freezer, wherever. I can put it together, but I desperately want some answers! I'm a vegitarian and my family eats meat all the time. ME? I don't even eat seafood! I don't have a weight problem, I'm only 95. But I'm a health-nut. It just feels better to me.

What are some of the most low calorie foods?
I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet. Its been a few weeks now and I have seen only minimal results. I want to eat 6 small meals a day, but dont want to exceed the limit.
well, I started out at 1,500 a day. I work out, cardio and weight training to tone up. Its been 6 weeks. Bouncing Molar, you are funny. Thank you all for the suggestions. I think my body might be storing fat. Good point.
