Sugar-Free Jello with Low Fat Cool Whip is one of my favorite desserts when being healthy. Plus you can add fruits or almost anything into it...YUMM!!!
Also it is really good to just cut a pear in half and put into the oven for 3 1/2 minutes in an oven at 350 and then when you take it out put some Cool Whip in the middle. It is relatively healthy and delicious
GOOD LUCK :D

Mango Dessert Soup
A Tibetan monk made us supper once, and this was the dessert. There was a certain novelty in being given a dessert that was drunk from a bowl, and our delight was doubled when we tasted it. You need a blender for this one, and the quantities are by "feel":
Fresh mango pieces (skin and pit removed), cut up into large chunks and put in the blender.
Milk (can use skim milk for reduced calories)
Plain yogurt
Sugar to taste
(Note ... a low-fat vanilla can be used instead of plain yogurt and sugar)
Puree the mango in a blender. Add some yogurt and blend. Add some milk and blend. The idea is to get a consistency that is fluid enough to drink, but thick enough to have a velvety texture. Sugar to taste. Pour into small individual-sized rice bowls. Drink holding the bowl in both hands.
I have since made this for company, serving thin wafer/waffle cookies on the side (such as gaufrettes or krumkake).
