What are some low calorie sandwich wrap recipes?

I've been searching for some good recipes online, but I can't seem to find any with low enough calories. I want to take them to school with me (and use the remaining calories on fresh fruit).
I'd like them to be under 200 calories each and preferably vegetarian.

my suggestion is Hummus and grilled vegetable wrap
i'm not so sure about how much calories this wrap roll has (i guess about 300 per serving) but its one of my favorites and is very easy to make and tasty too..
Ingredients:
2 medium courgettes, cut lengthwise into slices
2 tsps olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
240ml store-bought hummus
4 pieces wholemeal wrap bread
¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced into half moons
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
so now i'm quickly gonna tell you how to make it.. :)
1) Preheat a griddle or griddle pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the courgette slices with the oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Griddle until tender and slightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
2) Spread 2 tablespoons of the hummus over each piece of bread. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of pine nuts on top. Top with three slices of courgette, two pieces of red pepper, 1/2 cup of the spinach, a few sliced onions and 1 tablespoon of the mint.
and its ready :)
this wrap role is an Excellent Source of Copper, Fibre, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Thiamin, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Protein, Niacin, Potassium, Riboflavin, Vitamin K and Zinc.. :)

What is a low calorie alternative to flour in cooking?

I've heard of coconut flour, but I looked it up and it has the same amount of calories!
Are the health benefits worth the money (for coconut flour)? Or are there healthier alternatives that are also lower calorie?

Besides fruits and vegetables, what are some foods that you get a lot of for very few calories? The only ones I know of are healthy popcorn and chicken noodle soup. What are some things like these where you can eat a lot of it for a fairly small amount of calories?

I just started a low calorie diet today. I went to the grocer and bought some chicken and fish. I was wondering if anyone can give me some ways to prepare them. I don't have any butter or cooking spray to pan sear the meats and I don't own a grill to grill the meats either. Any suggestions?

CALORIE RECIPE)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. onion salt
4 (10 oz.) chicken breasts
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Mix mushrooms, parsley and chives. Place in baking dish. Place chicken on mushrooms. Slowly pour lemon juice over chicken; then sprinkle with onions, salt, paprika and poultry seasoning. Cover; bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz.) can Delmonte lite peaches
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain peach juice into a cup; add lemon juice. Place chicken into a baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Pour peach juice over chicken. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and add peach slices or peach halves. Return to oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with 1/2 cup rice and green beans for a low calorie meal.

In large non-stick skillet, combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, pepper, orange juice concentrate, oil, broth mix and parsley flakes. Heat over medium heat until hot.
Add chicken. Cook, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 10 more minutes.
In small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to chicken. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thick and boils 1 minute. 4 servings, 216 calories per serving.

NOTE: You may bake in roasting pan in oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until chicken is tender
